My story

I didn't become passionate about helping people because I had everything figured out.

I became passionate about helping people because, at different points in my life, I was the person who needed help.

Growing up, I saw firsthand how mental health struggles, addiction, and family stress affect not just individuals, but everyone around them. I also got to sit on the other side of the therapy room as a kid, and I remember what it felt like to have someone genuinely listen, care, and help me make sense of emotions that felt way too big to understand at the time.

I had years of anxiety, overthinking, self-doubt, and feeling stuck. I know what it's like to wonder if things are ever really going to get better, how exhausting it is when your own mind feels like it's working against you, and how hard it is to ask for help when part of you thinks you should be able to handle everything on your own.

Those experiences didn't discourage me. They gave me purpose.

Today, my goal isn't to sit across from people as someone who has all the answers. It's to be a real person who genuinely cares, listens without judgment, and helps people navigate whatever season of life they're in. I believe therapy works best when people feel understood before they feel "treated."

Wherever you're starting from, you're welcome here.

Pick the one that sounds most like you right now, and I'll tell you how I'd walk alongside you.

For parents

Kids are often carrying emotions they don't have the words for yet. Anxiety can look like anger. Fear can look like avoidance. I love helping kids discover that they aren't "bad" or "broken", they're learning, growing, and capable of far more than they realize.

This is exactly who I love working with. Let's talk

Who I help

The people I sit with most

A few of the things I care deeply about, though if you don't see yourself here exactly, reach out anyway.

Children & adolescents

Kids often carry emotions they can't yet put into words. Sadness can come out as acting out, shutting down, or feeling like they're the problem. I help them find the words, and find out they're capable of more than they realize.

Anxiety & overthinking

The racing thoughts, the self-doubt, the feeling that you can't switch your mind off. I know it from the inside, and I know that it can get quieter than it is right now.

OCD

The intrusive thoughts, the endless "what ifs," the search for certainty that never quite feels satisfying. OCD is something I've dealt with since I was young, so you won't have to explain how relentless it can be.

Addiction & recovery

Addiction can convince people that shame gets the final say. But recovery is rarely a straight line; setbacks don't erase progress. Healing happens because you keep showing up, often one difficult day at a time.

What reaching out looks like

No pressure. No big leap. Just a first step.

First

You reach out

Send a short message; a sentence or two about what's going on is plenty. You don't need it figured out.

Then

A free consult

A relaxed 15-minute call to see if we're a good fit. No commitment, no clinical interrogation.

When you're ready

Your first session

We go at your pace. The goal is for you to feel understood long before you feel "treated."

In my words

My goal is to be a real person who genuinely cares and listens without judgment.

The human behind the chair

Outside the office, I'm just a 27-year-old who loves a lot of ordinary things.

Life is hard enough without feeling like you have to hide the things that bring you joy or make you who you are. So for the record:
